About
As women, we need a place to relax and truly be ourselves, which is crucial for our well-being. Cool Chick Café offers an environment for us to authentically BE and CONNECT without judgment, both virtually and in person. It serves as a haven for us to take a break from constant striving and achieving, even if just for an hour. We need this.
Cool Chicks began in NYC as a way for a diverse group of women in New York to connect regularly.
Now, it has transformed into an expanding café, transcending the boundaries of NYC and welcoming Cool Chicks from around the globe through virtual and physical gatherings. Nevertheless, it remains a supportive space for us to connect and share our experiences, which is essential for fostering our feelings of connection and community. The Community
This is not a like a Facebook Group on line or a bh, where people gather around a single topic or a personality and perhaps someone goes live. This is a community, where everyone has a voice ... to speak their truth, share what lights them up, be seen. It is a safe, non-judgmental space to be your most authentic YOU. So far, we have woman from all from 14 different countries and 13 different US states. (Would be great to have 200 countries, so Cool Chicks could meet up wherever they go!)
The Connection
IN PERSON COMMUNITY GATHERINGS where you can meet up with new friends and old at Happy Hours (Meetups often hosted in homes where we take one hour or so, to meet in person and share our highs and lows in a safe, supporting space.)
VIRTUALLY @ THE ONLINE CAFÉ where have so many ways to connect Live: Virtual Happy Hours - ZOOM calls. Coffee Breaks - 20-minute live video where a Cool Chick leads a session to share what they are passionate about, things that help us to better connect with ourselves, our partners and our friends & family. Special Events - talks, music, comedy, even belly dancing ... these are times when we can all gather virtually to experience something awesome!
COOL CHICK TV where you can binge-watch hours and hours of the Coffee Breaks and Special Events you missed, as well as see curated content from other Cool Chicks.
